I have rented from Maggie/Valley Executive Property Management for almost 3 years and have been treated with nothing but kindness and respect by anyone I have had contact with in the office. Anytime there has been a semi serious to serious problem at the house, a repairman has been out that day. Maggie has always had time to ask how my wife and I are doing and makes sure the house doesn’t need anything. The only reason I give them 5 stars is because they won’t let me give them 10.

In 2006 Maggie S. from Valley Executives helped my find the perfect property to buy. In 2013, after a bankruptcy and divorce, Valley Executive helped me find a house where I could start my new life! It was very difficult for them to get me qualified for a lease, but they never quit until they found me the perfect place! It is a pleasure to do business with them every month. Any maintenance issues are taken care of immediately. Thank you Valley Executives!!

I first met Steve (Skip) Rohl last year, when I was looking for a house to rent. I told him what I wanted, and he found it for me. Once I decided, he helped me deal with the company managing it. So when I decided to buy a house this year, he was the first person I went to. Again, I told him what I wanted, and he found me some options. When my wants changed, he adapted. Once I made my decision, he helped me through the negotiation process. My closing is next week. And, as a bonus, they appraised the house at $12k more than I paid. Thanks Skip! Valley Executives Property Management is a very professional and respectable company. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to rent a property, or to rent their investment property.
