Service •  Initial inventory and photo documentation of property, including appliances, fixtures and grounds •  Advertising including appropriate internet sites, Realtor MLS site and/or periodicals as needed. •  Screening of prospective tenants to include credit, background check and criminal check. •  Collection and management of all monies, including tax collection. •  Disbursement of maintenance account as needed to maintain the property. •  Correspondence with Home Owners Association and Home Warranty. •  Monthly drive-by inspections and annual physical inspection of entire property. •  Monthly statements to owner
